It is natural in today’s tech world to be fascinated by humanity’s latest invention: AI. Artificial Intelligence.

However, it is still just that. Artificial. And while AI is being unleashed in the world, perhaps it is time for human consciousness at its fullest to also be unleashed.

A persistent rumor for years is that humans do not use all of our brains. Is it true that humans use only a portion (10%) of the brain?

“The idea that we use 10 percent of our brain is 100 percent a myth. In fact, scientists believe that we use our entire brain every day.”

However, because we use our brain every day does not mean we also use the full potential of it, or of our own amazing human ‘consciousness.’

💡 WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN USING THE BRAIN AND USING CONSCIOUSNESS?

Are they different? In what way? What is consciousness anyway?

To understand how we can function at our highest capacity as humans, let’s take a look at these words and what they mean for you.

The BRAIN is a physical part of our anatomy that operates as the powerhouse, or the center of life in the human body and in all animals. The brain, in its complexity, controls everything in the body: our thought processing, our motor skills, our emotional nature, everything from head to toe. It also controls our breathing, lungs, heart, and our bodily temperature, and regulates our hunger cycles. The brain also controls our entire nervous system and the delicate spinal cord.

You can live without other body parts, such as a hand, but you cannot live without the brain. The brain is the engine, the computer, and the powerhouse that produces the energy to run the body. Without the brain, your heart would not run, nor your lungs, nor any other internal organ.

💫 ANCIENT NUMEROLOGISTS DISCOVERED SOMETHING MODERN SCIENCE IS ONLY NOW PROVING...

The number 7 holds the secret to memory restoration.

Children naturally operate on this 7 frequency cycle in their brains, which explains their incredible ability to learn and remember everything effortlessly.

Adults lose this rhythm over time.

Dr. Johnson created a 7 minute "brain song" based on numerology's most powerful frequency pattern. It realigns your neural pathways with this ancient number sequence.

Over 16,000 people reported enhanced memory within seconds of listening.

Works at any age. No pills. No complicated exercises.

See how numerology restores your memory below:

CONSCIOUSNESS is a mystery, yet it is the ‘awareness’ of existence WITHIN the human body, within the brain. You might not be ‘aware’ of anything while in a coma, but your brain would still be working to sustain the life of your body.

So, although your consciousness could be turned off, your brain is still functioning, just like the engine of your car running in the background while you drive down the highway. The brain makes calculations about the information it receives so that we can lead normal lives.

“Scientists have confirmed that human brains are naturally wired to perform advanced calculations, much like a high-powered computer, to make sense of the world through a process known as Bayesian inference.”

The Bayesian inference means that the brain can infer knowledge about something with the use of unlimited data in the brain.

Much like you see a 4-legged animal run through a park and, even if you don’t see it clearly, your brain interprets it to be a dog. Our supercomputer brains, therefore, infer and connect the data, giving you the information you need at the time.

So now you know that your supercomputer brain cannot be turned off, and you must have it to exist….IF YOU ARE IN THE BODY.

CONSCIOUSNESS, ON THE OTHER HAND, is said to exist apart from the brain and the body. People who have had out-of-body experiences, or meditation experiences that are transcendent of the body, state that they have experienced consciousness without the brain or the body.

🧠 HOW TO MAKE YOUR SUPERCOMPUTER BRAIN WORK FOR YOU

Humans are not well-trained in using our brains. Schools from K-12, and then in college, do not train students to use the massive amount of information in the brain.

From the Gizmodo:

“You've undoubtedly heard over and over again about what an absurdly complex entity the human brain is. But a breakthrough by Japanese and German scientists might finally drive the point home.

Taking advantage of the almost 83,000 processors of one of the world's most powerful supercomputers, the team was able to mimic just one percent of one second's worth of human brain activity—and even that took 40 minutes.”

👍 HOW TO HARNESS THE POWER OF YOUR SUPERCOMPUTER BRAIN

The advantage of optimizing your brain power is to help you succeed in life on all levels. Here are some ways to help you sharpen your brain.

Step 1: Understand and realize that you are walking around with the largest supercomputer in known existence inside of your skull.

Step 2: Realize that while humans are using their brains to build AI supercomputers, the supercomputers are not capable of building a human brain!

Step 3: To optimize the brilliance of your brain, try the following mental exercises and then study the connection that you discovered. Right them down and save for later:

  1. Play a mental game connecting what may seem to be completely unrelated ideas, such as connecting an idea about taking a dip in the swimming pool to flying on a plane from Los Angeles to San Francisco. Feel the water in the pool, the coolness of the first few seconds and how it feels around your body, then sense how it feels to walk up the steps into a plane, how it smells, which seat you choose, how it feels when you are in the air. Now connect these two events and find the similarities in what you see, feel, sense, smell, and experience. Write down what you think about the connections.

  2. Read an article or a passage online or in a book or magazine. Lay it down and then write out what you remember about it. Test yourself to see how good your memory is. Make a note about what you remember and what you forgot. Ask yourself why you remembered one thing and forgot other things.

  3. To improve memory, link new information you may get at the office to something you already know. Create a synapse between the two and when you do, store it away in a mental file under one name that connects both.

  4. Practice making mind-movies. Look out the window and see someone walking on the sidewalk, or look at someone driving on the freeway, or watch someone in the grocery store. Write a mental story about those people. Pretend you are a writer embarking on the great novel! Write it out on paper or on your computer to save it for later reference.

🤝 YOUR BRAIN CAN BE YOUR BEST FRIEND, IF YOU WILL BUT USE IT

In your busy life, take the time to remember you are walking around with the world’s largest supercomputer in your head.

From the Gizmodo:

“The human brain consists of about 200 billion nerve cells (neurons) that are linked together by trillions of connections called synapses. As the tiny electrical impulses shoot across each neuron, they have to travel through these synapses, each of which contains about 1000 different switches that route the electrical impulse.

In total, one human brain could contain hundreds of trillions of these neural pathways. It's like a Choose Your Own Adventure book that stretches from here to Jupiter.”

Never take your brain for granted! Learn more about it and how you can use it to succeed in life.
